Cost parameters analysis of all links across supply chain

Pricing for seeds at retailing locations with feedback of
market/weather conditions.

Role:
Sales and marketing activities of Seed in Uttar Pradesh as
Regional Head (1991-1999) based at Agra.
Sales and marketing activities of Seed in M.P. &
Chhattisgarh as Regional Head (2000-2002) based at Indore
with special focus on Bt cotton trials and implementing
Strategy for training and launch of GM Seed. Hy. Paddy and
maize promotion in the state of Chhattisgarh.
Sales and marketing activities of Seed in U.P. &
Chhattisgarh as Regional Head (2002-2005) with special focus
on Hy.Paddy sales & marketing strategy.
Sales and marketing activities in north Zone (UP,
Rajsthan, Haryana, Punjab, HP, Uttrakhand &JK) for
vegetables seeds(Till May 2006).

Growth of sales volume in UP many folds with leadership
position in crops like Pearl Millet, Sunflower, Forage
sorghum, Okra , Bottle gourd and in commanding position for
other many crops.
Strengthen the existing Channel network and expansion of
business in new markets across northern and central states.
Effectively monitoring of Bt cotton seeds trials and
launch in MP in addition to business plan achievement for
field and vegetables crops. Reporting and Laisioning with
different regulatory bodies involved in Bt Trial monitoring.
Introduction of Hy.Paddy in MP, Chhattisgarh and UP at
Strategic locations and developed strategy for the sales and
promotional activities.
Market segmentation, product positioning strategy,
implementation of product promotional and sales promotional
schemes, strategy for new product introduction with
considerable market share for the vegetables seeds in north
zone. Handling of all major kinds of Hy.vegetables seeds
with turn over of rupees 9 crores plus through 140 number of
channel members in seven states of north India.
